Sunday, Sept 14

  • Main: Mapo Tofu with minced pork, mild spicy, served with Jasmine rice and Asian vegetables

  • Vegetarian: Bean stew with Jasmine rice and Asian vegetables

  • Dessert: Cakes


Monday, Sept 15

  • Main: Chicken Katsu with mild curry sauce, Jasmine rice, Asian vegetables

  • Vegetarian: Paneer Butter Masala, Jasmine rice, Asian vegetables

  • Side: Choice of whole fresh fruits


Tuesday, Sept 16

  • Main: Spaghetti with meatballs in rose sauce, served with garlic bread

  • Vegetarian: Spaghetti with vegetarian balls in creamy mushroom sauce, served with garlic bread

  • Side: Choice of whole fresh fruits


Wednesday, Sept 17

  • Main: Lemon panko-crusted salmon with tartar sauce, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables

  • Vegetarian: Eggplant Parmigiana, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables

  • Side: Choice of whole fresh fruits


Thursday, Sept 18

  • Formal Dinner (for residents, SJC staff, and invited guests only)

  • Buffet dinner menu and program to be announced


Friday, Sept 19

  • Main: Chicken with soy dipping sauce, Jasmine rice, Asian vegetables

  • Vegetarian: Fresh mixed vegetables and tofu, Jasmine rice, Asian vegetables

  • Side: Choice of whole fresh fruits


Reservation and Meal Change Info:

  • Make reservations or meal changes at least one day before noon for dinners Tuesday–Friday

  • For Sunday and Monday dinners, reserve by noon on the previous Friday

  • Reservations and changes via email: sjcculinary@gmail.com or call 8225857
